Ruijia Vacuum Angle Seat Valve: A New Breakthrough in Efficient Sealing

Recently, Ruijia Vacuum unveiled its next-generation vacuum angle seat valve. Leveraging ultra-high differential pressure sealing, low leakage rates, and multi-condition adaptability, it addresses the pain points of traditional vacuum valves in precision manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals, and semiconductors—namely “insufficient pressure control accuracy” and “short sealing lifespan”—delivering a new solution for efficient and stable vacuum system operation.

In the vacuum industry, valve sealing integrity, response speed, and corrosion resistance directly impact production efficiency and quality. Traditional valves often leak under high vacuum conditions (below 10⁻⁵ Pa), exhibit short lifespans in complex environments, and incur high maintenance costs. To address these challenges, Ruijia Vacuum achieved three major technological breakthroughs after two years of intensive research: Adopting a novel PTFE composite sealing material combined with a “dual sealing surface + elastic preload” design, achieving a leakage rate as low as 10⁻⁷ Pa·m³/s—far exceeding the industry's conventional standard of 10⁻⁵ Pa·m³/s; The valve body is forged from a single piece of 316L stainless steel, enhancing acid and alkali corrosion resistance by 50%. It operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 200°C, serving precision electronics, aerospace, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and other industries.

Ruijia Vacuum stated that this new-generation product represents not only a technological breakthrough but also a significant step toward advancing “domestic substitution” in the vacuum control sector. Future R&D efforts will focus on developing specialized valves with higher vacuum levels and enhanced corrosion resistance for extreme conditions in semiconductor and aerospace applications. Concurrently, the company will expand into overseas markets to propel domestically produced vacuum valves onto the global stage.
